Curtis and Brooke are seriously some of my favorite people to work with and hang out with it doesn’t matter if we are working and drinking coffee or relaxing with a cold beer a good time will be had. These two are so down to earth, and they love on and build up everybody they come into contact with it is incredible.
So when I was asked to do Christmas photos for Brooke and Curtis, it was an absolute yes!! I was already so excited just to get to hang out and pick on Curtis a little bit and tease him and see if Brooke and I could get him to turn red once or twice.
So you can only imagine my surprise when I run into Curtis at Walmart, and he goes, "Hey, this weekend, it’s happening.” I took me like 2 seconds for my brain to put everything together, and I will be honest. I totally lost it in the middle of Walmart. I was so excited that I did a happy dance. I am sure I embarrassed Curtis because I was a little loud, but the truth is I was glad he told me because otherwise I would have probably not been able to get some of the cutest photos of these two!!
So now after five years of being the cutest boyfriend and girlfriend, all of the miles driven between Iowa and Illinois, the time working sheep together, I have the greatest honor of introducing you to the future Mr. & Mrs. Klein.
For all of my friends and family who asked me point blank, “Are these going to be engagement photos?” and “Are Curtis and Brooke getting engage?” and “Do you think they will finally get engaged this weekend during photos?” and I lied to you. I am sorry, I lied to you with the best intentions and the threat of Curtis going, “I swear to god Kendra, don’t you and your big mouth mess this up for me,” and I hope that you will help me in wishing this amazing couple an incredible engagement and continue to encourage these two as they work together, grow together, and continue to grow into a fantastic couple and bless everybody they come into contact with.
